Many people go without hot water or heating for up to a week due to poor service and substandard workmanship from boiler service companies; highlighting that many boiler service companies are not legally required to adhere to the Priority Services Register.

Many may be facing this during the winter with very young children, some of whom are sick, yet many companies show no urgency as we feel there are no consequences for ignoring vulnerable households.
