Abolish quarterly Making Tax Digital submissions for self-assessment

We want the Government to abolish the requirement for quarterly tax submissions under Making Tax Digital, introduced this April by HMRC. We believe it is difficult enough doing annual submissions and now to be forced to submit tax calculations 4 times a year is more than many of us can bear.

We feel that annual submissions are more than appropriate for the amount of time and effort it takes to do self-assessment tax submissions and that changing it to having to submit every 3 months is unnecessary, too much to ask and not possible for many individuals.
