Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps his Department is taking to improve transparency and value for money in service charges at retirement housing developments; and whether he plans to extend the consultation and challenge rights available to leaseholders.
