Veterans: Identity Cards

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many veterans ID cards have been delivered to veterans as part of phase 2 of the roll out as of 17 January 2024.
The below table shows how many Veteran recognition cards have been despatched through Phase 1 each month since January 2023:

As of 17 January 2024, in Phase 1, 80,240 Veteran recognition cards have been despatched to Veterans in total. A further 6,586 cards have been despatched to Veterans as part of Phase 2 testing period of the Veteran recognition cards project.
