Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether Network Rail's debt will transfer as a result of any transfer of the Valley Lines to the Welsh Government; and how much any such debt amounts to.

Network Rail’s debt will not transfer to the Welsh Government as a result of any transfer.
