Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she has taken steps to facilitate a formal submission to the United States Government to access (a) unredacted and (b) unpublished files relating to Jeffery Epstein and Lord Mandelson.

Our thoughts remain with the victims of Epstein, who have lived with unimaginable trauma, and this government will do everything in its power to ensure accountability is delivered.

As a matter of long-standing government policy and practice, the Home Office can neither confirm nor deny whether a request for Mutual Legal Assistance has been made or received.
