Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 8 June 2020 to Question 49691 on Amazon Web Services, whether she set out the liability caps and evaluation of compliance with the Managing Public Money code.

The AWS contract signed December 2019 includes the parties’ liability caps. The contract complies with HM Treasury Managing Public Money.
