For civilian staff, basing results on the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates published on the GOV.UK website, across Ministry of Defence (MOD) (including DE&S and SDA), there are 16 staff members who are aged 23 or over and receive a salary that equates to exactly £10.42 per hour. This represents a proportion of 0.03% of the MOD population.

There are no civilian employeess in any of the other age bandings (21-22, 18-20, Under 18, Apprentices) who are on or below the published hourly rates on the GOV.UK website.
