Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to help ensure that Integrated care boards can create strategies independently.

Integrated care partnerships are required to prepare an integrated care strategy, supported by statutory guidance published in July 2022. Integrated care boards are required to produce joint forward plans with partner National Health Service trusts and foundation trusts and NHS England will publish guidance shortly.
