Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, whether his Department plans to provide support to households whose property value has depreciated because the property is heated by a communal energy supply for which energy is purchased at the commercial rate.

The Department has not heard instances of property value depreciating due to a heat network connection, but will continue to monitor this situation.
