Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will make an assessment of the potential implications for her policies of the number and proportion of leaseholders who are unable to get a mortgage because their lease is below 80 years; and if he will take steps to end leasehold.
