Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what estimate he has made of the number of companies that have not complied with the terms of the People with Significant Control register.

Companies House's internal statistics indicate that 130,000 companies on its active register (around 3% of the total) have not yet provided information on their people with significant control.
