The UK continues to play a leading role to coordinate the international response to Afghanistan, including with the region. We intend to establish a diplomatic presence in Kabul when the security and political situation in the country allows and are coordinating this effort with allies. We remain committed to the Afghan people and will continue to advocate on their behalf in all our international engagement.
