Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what progress he has made on delivering the Life Sciences Vision commitment of empowering the NHS to take up and embed innovative technologies.

The 2021 Spending Review announced ring-fenced funding of £95 million to address systemic barriers to the uptake of innovation in the National Health Service and support delivery of the Life Sciences Vision’s healthcare missions. The Office for Life Sciences is currently developing an implementation plan for the Vision and updating life science governance.
