Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 13 September 2017 to Question 8720, what progress has been made on discussions relating to the settlement of costs between NHS England and NHS Shared Business Services.

An agreement has been reached between NHS England and NHS Shared Business Services relating to the settlement of costs. This is in the process of being finalised and details are planned to be provided to the Public Accounts Committee ahead of its forthcoming hearing on 16 October.
