Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what notice period his Department gave to the industry before the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017 came into force.

The Department announced these changes in a response to consultation published on 16 December 2016. The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017 were laid on 30 August 2017 and came into force on 20 September 2017.
