Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the Answer of 11 September 2017 to Question 7777, what performance indicators he has agreed with National Savings and Investments for the delivery of tax-free childcare.

As detailed in response to a Parliamentary Question (7777) on 11 September, the performance indicators agreed with National Savings and Investments for the delivery of Tax-Free childcare cover a range of areas including customer experience, payment processing, and sign-up.

The performance of Atos, as a delivery partner of National Savings & Investments is managed by a commercial agreement between National Savings & Investments and Atos.
