Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether he plans to maintain Forest Law Enforcement Governance and Trade certification and market access to after UK leaves the EU.
This question was answered on 12th October 2017
The European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Bill will ensure the whole body of existing EU environmental law continues to have effect in UK law, including the FLEGT regulation.
