The UK has a proud history of providing protection to those that need it. This Government is committed to ensuring that they can take positive steps towards integration as they rebuild their lives in the UK and become self-sufficient, providing for themselves and their families and contributing to the economy.

As part of the New Plan for Immigration, we have committed to offering an enhanced integration package for refugees arriving in the UK through safe and legal routes. This is intended to help refugees to integrate into their communities and become self-sufficient more quickly.
