Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment he has made of progress on the Government's plans to provide justice to those affected by contaminated blood products.

The Government is consulting on the scope, format and sponsorship of the inquiry into contaminated blood until 18 October 2017. The Government will provide a further update to the House after the consultation closes.
