Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether his Department has received information obtained by the US Administration through provisions within the USA Patriot Act of 2001; and if he will make a statement.

It is the longstanding policy of successive British Governments not to comment on intelligence matters.
