Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 12 October 2017 to Question 105820, if he will make public applications made to the Government property unit to extend or renew their lets in each year since 2012 which were granted with conditions attached to them; and what the conditions were in each case.

In line with Cabinet Office Controls guidance the Department publishes data with regard to each application for new or extension to leases on the GOV.UK website link:

The Department is not able to publish the detail of each application and the conditions for each application as this contains commercially sensitive information.
