Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment he has made of the impact of covid-19 on residents in care homes.

While no formal assessment has been made, we have always sought to balance the risk of COVID-19 infection in care homes against human rights and wellbeing considerations for residents.
