Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department is taking to encourage the public to report their lateral flow test results through the usual channels.

We encouraging online reporting through allowing multiple results to be added in a single visit and we are planning some further improvements. We have included reminders in marketing, social media messaging and on the packaging for home-delivered lateral flow device tests. Reminder messages have been sent to those who have ordered tests but not registered any results. We will continue to look for opportunities to reinforce this important message.
