The UK is a sizeable humanitarian donor to East Africa. We are committed to supporting communities affected by crises, and humanitarian support comprises a major component of our Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) budgets across East Africa. We are committed to transparency with the public and predictability with our partners and we intend to provide an update on planned ODA allocations and humanitarian commitments this financial year in due course.
