Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will take steps to ensure that representatives of HM Treasury participate in his discussions with the health unions.

My Rt hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on a range of issues relating to the health and social care sector.

Attendance at meetings with external organisations, including trades unions, is decided on a case-by-case basis.
