To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 16 October 2017 to Question 106966, on Fracking: Ryedale, on what day that application was received; what the timetable is for a decision to be made; whether he plans to publish an assessment of that application; and if he will make a statement.

The application was received on 11 October 2017. There is no set timeframe for considering applications and the Government will respond appropriately in due course.
