Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what representations she has received on the amount of notice given by academies of their closure.
This question was answered on 9th June 2015
The Secretary of State has not received any representations regarding the content of the requirements about notice of termination of a funding agreement given by academies.
