Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the terms of reference are for the review of police pursuits announced on 25 September 2017; what the timescale for that review is; and whether there will be a call for evidence in respect of that reivew.

The review will be completed as soon as possible and we will consult widely with partners.
