Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 16 October 2017 to Question 105521, on NHS Shared Business Services, if he will publish the agreement reached between NHS England and NHS Shared Business Services; and what the costs will be for each of those organisations.

There are no current plans to publish the written agreement between NHS England and NHS Shared Business Services. However, as confirmed to the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee on 16 October 2017, NHS Shared Business Services will be responsible for meeting the entire costs relating to the incident - £6.6 million.
