Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if his Department will release data to (a) local authorities and (b) housing associations on the claimants due to migrate from legacy benefits to universal credit on a daily basis.

Migrations from existing benefits to Universal Credit currently occur following a relevant change of circumstance that would previously have prompted a new claim to another existing benefit. It is not possible to predict when such a change may occur so the data referred to is not available.
