To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many disqualification orders preventing the ownership or keeping of animals were made by the courts under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 in each of the last three years.

This data is not held centrally by Defra. Data on disqualification orders under the Animal Welfare Act is held by HM Courts and Tribunals Service and is available to relevant enforcement agencies through the Police National Database.
