To ask the Leader of the House, pursuant to the Written Statement of 26 October 2017, on Opposition Day debates, HCWS199, if that policy applies retrospectively to resolutions of the House passed earlier this Session.

I confirm that the new convention I announced in the House on 26 October will apply retrospectively to resolutions of the House passed on Opposition Days earlier this Session.
