Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many incidents of violent crime were disposed of out of court in each of the last three years; and in how many of those cases restorative justice was used.

Data on outcomes, including out of court outcomes, for crimes are published quarterly by the Home Office. Outcomes data for violent crimes in the last three years can be obtained via the open data tables available here:
