Question to the Wales Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, how many and what proportion of the (a) primary and (b) secondary legislation sponsored by (i) their Department or (ii) their predecessor Department has undergone a post legislative review in each of the last 10 years.

My Department has completed one post legislative review of its primary legislation in the last 10 years and none in the last five. Work is underway to prepare an assessment of the Wales Act 2017. No such reviews have been necessary in respect of the department’s secondary legislation.
