In our previous response to Question 103061, we stated that the audit was conducted using Hospital Episode Statistics data and other data using the identified National Health Service cohort of patients. However, NHS Digital has confirmed that only Hospital Episode Statistic data was used in the audit and no other data was employed. Patients were not contacted as part of this audit. We are arranging for the record to be corrected.
