Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, when he plans to publish his Department's response to the Intellectual Property Office call for views on IPTV set-top boxes, which closed on 7 April 2017.

We have analysed the responses and are in the process of further investigating some of the suggestions before publishing the Government response. In the meantime, I would like to assure the hon. Member that we are continuing to work with industry and enforcement partners to build a coordinated response to the growth of illicit streaming.
