Question
To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, whether the Government plans to bring forward legislative proposals during the 2017-18 Parliamentary session to change the process for officially recording a change of gender.
This question was answered on 7th November 2017
We announced on 23 July that we will be consulting on changes to the Gender Recognition Act. We are currently developing the consultation content with the intention to publish later this year.
