Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 6 October 2017 to Question 105187, on energy performance certificates, what estimate his Department has made of the number of private sector landlords compliant with the energy efficiency regulations on energy performance certificates.
