Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 18 November 2025 to Question 87860, what HOPS Change Budget refers to; and whether the figures provided relate solely to spending on electric vehicle charging infrastructure and the purchase of electric vehicles.

The change budget is the capital property budget used to fund infrastructure installation costs only.
