Data is not collected centrally showing the total numbers of people living with glaucoma.

For individuals at risk of glaucoma, early detection is key. Free National Health Service sight tests are available for individuals at risk of, or diagnosed with, glaucoma. The NHS also continues to provide successful treatments for a range of eye conditions, including glaucoma.
