Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what plans he has to allocate funding to the NHS to finance the lifting of the NHS pay cap.

The detail of 2018/19 pay remits for specific pay review bodies will be discussed and set out in due course. The Government recognises the financial pressures within the National Health Service and will make decisions on funding at the appropriate time after listening to the pay review bodies.
