Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether his Department commissioned (a) localised and (b) regional research for its report Equality Analysis for the future of Access to Work, published in May 2015; and if he will make a statement.

The Department did not commission localised or regional research for its report Equality Analysis for the future of Access to Work. The locality of recipients is not considered a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
