Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what proportion of patients diagnosed at accident and emergency departments with a mental health condition and with problems associated with substance or alcohol misuse are (a) treated and (b) turned away from those departments by NHS trust for each year from 2011 to 2016.
