There are no formal plans for a meeting between my Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and the Secretary of State for Transport to discuss the effect of decreases to bus routes and the frequency of bus services on the ability of older people to access National Health Service appointments. However, the Secretary of State for Health would be open to considering such a meeting in future.
