Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will place restrictions on charities seeking annual contributions from supporters.

There are no plans to place statutory restrictions on charities seeking annual contributions from supporters in England and Wales. Charity law is a devolved matter in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
