Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many complaints her Department has received on the performance of the courier company DX in relation to its contract to deliver UK passports on behalf of the Passport Office in each of the last five years.
This question was answered on 4th December 2017
Her Majesty’s Passport Office does not record the number of complaints received that relate to the delivery of a UK passport by any further subset. It is therefore not possible to identify the number of complaints that have been made in relation to DX’s contract to deliver UK passports.
