Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will discuss with his French counterpart allegations that British tourists have been systematically overcharged at Disneyland, Paris.

The European Commission reported in July that it is probing whether Disneyland Paris is overcharging customers from certain countries in breach of the European Union's laws. We will decide whether any UK Government action is required once the results of the investigation are known.
