To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many fishing boats were lost at sea in each of the last five years.

The numbers of UK-registered fishing vessels lost, as reported to the Marine Accident Investigation Branch are:
2010: 14
2011: 24
2012: 9
2013: 18
2014: 12
