The latest BBC annual report and accounts shows that its 2016/17 licence fee income was £3.787 billion. The government does not hold information on projected BBC licence fee income for future years. This is because the amount the BBC receives each year in licence fee payments is dependent on a number of factors including household growth, customer behaviour, and the administration and enforcement of the TV licensing system.
